Once I arrived I expected it would be a quick pickup. They confirmed they had my clothing and that they would hold on to them, and on our way back home the next day I would stop by and pick them up. I called the hotel and they went upstairs to check our room. I realized immediately after we left and we're in the car, that I did not get them. Unfortunately I left my gym clothed hanging in the bathroom. I was rushing trying to get everything together and we left in a hurry. The bell service was great and immediately came up right away, however I was not packed yet. The day that we were checking out my friend decided to call the bell desk to get some help with our luggage. Our first visit was to the t-spa and wow were we disappointed, it was super expensive and they also add 18% tip onto each of your services!!! What a rip off and 18% is ridiculous!!!! Beware of this spa, will never visit here again!!! My friend and I had planned to stay at the hotel for a couple nights.
